Abstract

This article discusses proposals and problems related to increasing labour efficiency indicators in business entities. In a modern market economy, the development and competitiveness of an organisation depend directly on labour efficiency. The higher the labour efficiency, the more products are created per unit of time and, as a result, the total output of the enterprise increases. Therefore, increasing labour productivity is one of the most important tasks of any enterprise. Key concepts: market economy, labour, labour efficiency, division of labour, standard time, rationalisation of labour, production standard.
