Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarni uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlantirish jarayonida integrativ ta’lim texnologiyalarining pedagogik imkoniyatlari, metodik ahamiyati hamda amaliy samaradorligi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda integrativ yondashuvning zamonaviy maktabgacha ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni, tarbiyachilarning kasbiy kompetentligini shakllantirishdagi ta’siri hamda innovatsion ta’lim texnologiyalarini qo‘llash mexanizmlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, STEAM, raqamli pedagogika, interfaol metodlar, muammoli ta’lim va refleksiv yondashuv asosida bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning kreativ fikrlashi, kommunikativ kompetensiyasi va pedagogik mahoratini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot davomida integrativ texnologiyalar asosida tashkil etilgan ta’lim jarayoni talabalarning kasbiy moslashuvchanligi, mustaqil ta’lim olish qobiliyati hamda innovatsion faoliyatga tayyorgarligini sezilarli darajada oshirishi aniqlangan. Maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida integrativ texnologiyalarni joriy etishning metodik modeli va samarali pedagogik shart-sharoitlari bo‘yicha ilmiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
