Authors retain the copyright to their articles and grant NINE the right of first publication. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0): anyone may share and adapt the work, including commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal, a link to the licence is included, and changes are indicated.

By submitting a manuscript the authors confirm that the work is original, that they hold the rights to all material in it, and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. Permission for reproduced third-party material must be obtained by the authors.
