Abstract

The article analyses the issues of harmonisation between international conventions and the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in protecting women's rights. It describes the guarantees of women's rights and freedoms, the mechanisms for their implementation, and the process of implementing international norms into the national legal system.
