Abstract

This work is devoted to the international legal foundations of combating cybercrime and includes an analysis of the main universal and regional instruments such as the Budapest Convention, the SCO, the League of Arab States and the African Union. The study reveals the reasons for the complexity of international legal regulation in this area and considers the threats associated with the use of artificial intelligence.
