Abstract

Worldwide, the modernisation of the education system, the consistent introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process, and ensuring the sustainable development of the economy by training creative and proactive personnel with high professional competence are becoming increasingly relevant. The article extensively covers the issues of preparing pedagogical staff for innovative activity on the basis of creative approaches.
