Abstract

This article analyses the issues of improving the system of intercultural dialogue in the context of Uzbekistan's modern socio-political transformation. The study focuses on the deterministic role of English, as a global means of communication, in strengthening the conceptual foundation of interethnic harmony. On the basis of statistical data, it shows the correlation between the level of foreign language acquisition and the tolerance index in ensuring social integration among the different ethnic groups living in Uzbekistan. The article evaluates English not only as an economic resource but also as a key factor in broadcasting national values worldwide and forming a "national brand". The analyses show that polylingual competence eliminates cultural isolation in society and helps to create the intellectual and spiritual environment necessary for sustainable development.
