Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of increasing the academic engagement of students of the Academic Lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs through the use of multimedia technologies in English lessons. The study was conducted on the basis of the communicative approach and multimedia learning theory. The results of the experimental study showed that multimedia tools significantly increase students' participation in lessons, their speaking activity and independent learning skills.
