The Importance of Innovative Pedagogical Technologies in the Military Education Process

Abstract

This article discusses the military education system and its specific features, the requirements of modern military education, and the place of modern educational technologies in cadets' learning process. The definitions given by a number of scholars to the question of what educational technology is are comparatively analysed. The article analyses a number of new educational technologies currently used in the educational process; in particular, project technology and problem-based learning technologies are discussed. The article is intended for the general mass of educators of all categories.
