Abstract

This article explores the genre features, artistic, and documentary-biographical specificities of Alpysbay Sultanov's historical film novel "Slander". The work reveals how the life path, arduous struggles, and historical truth of the statesman Allayar Dosnazarov – who fought to restore the statehood of the Karakalpak people - are reflected through cinematic expressive means.
