Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada sanoat korxonalarida korporativ madaniyatning nazariy asoslari, uning funksional tarkibi hamda boshqaruv tizimidagi o‘rni o‘rganilgan. Ilmiy adabiyotlarda mavjud yondashuvlar tizimlashtirilib, korporativ madaniyatning iqtisodiy samaradorlik va boshqaruv natijalariga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijasida korporativ madaniyatning asosiy komponentlari aniqlanib, mualliflik talqini asosida uning sanoat korxonalari uchun kengaytirilgan ta’rifi taklif etildi.
