Annotatsiya
Ushbu tadqiqotda (Gossypium hirsutum L.) ning “Porloq-4” navi 100 mM NaCl tuz stressi sharoitida “Rizokom-1” va “Mikrozim-2” biopreparatlari ta’sirida o‘rganildi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, mazkur biopreparatlar SOD, POD, CAT, APX, GPX va GR antioksidant genlari ekspressiyasini sezilarli darajada oshirib, o‘simlikning stressga javob mexanizmlarini faollashtirdi. “Rizokom-1” asosan antioksidant va fitogormon tizimlarini, “Mikrozim-2” esa osmoprotektorlar va metabolik jarayonlar bilan bog‘liq genlar faolligini kuchaytirdi. Olingan natijalar ushbu biopreparatlarning g‘o‘zaning tuz stressiga chidamliligini oshirishda samarali ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
