ushbu maqolada harbiy kadrlar malakasini oshirish tizimining zamonaviy ko‘rinishlari, xususan kompetensiyaga asoslangan yondashuv, modulli o‘qitish, simulyatsion trening va aralash ta’limning integratsiyasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda qiyosiy-tahliliy va kontent tahlil metodlari qo‘llanib, tizim elementlari o‘rtasidagi uyg‘unlik shartlari asoslandi. Natijalar zamonaviy modelning mezonlari va tatbiq yo‘nalishlarini aniqlaydi.
