Azkamar koni bentonitining kimyoviy va mineralogik xususiyatlari H modifikatsiyadan keyin rentgenfluoresent (XRF) va kukun rentgen difraksion (XRD) usullar bilan baholandi. XRF natijasida SiO₂ 65.216%, Al₂O₃ 17.627%, Fe₂O₃ 7.505%, SO₃ 3.544%, K₂O 2.826%, CaO 2.097% va TiO₂ 0.948% ekanligi aniqlandi. Hisobiy bulk Si/Al atomar nisbati 3.14 ni tashkil etdi. XRD profilida 2θ=26.62° da d=3.346 Å bo‘lgan kuchli kvars refleksi hamda 7.09° da d=12.458 Å bo‘lgan smektit/montmorillonit bazal sohasiga mos refleks qayd etildi. Natijalar kislotali ishlovdan keyin alyumosilikat matritsa va qatlamli komponentning kamida qisman saqlanganini ko‘rsatadi. Modifikatsiyalangan materialni sorbent, mineral bog‘lovchi va gidrotermal alyumosilikat sintezi uchun xomashyo sifatida qo‘llash istiqbollari muhokama qilindi.
