Mazkur maqolada raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida korxonalar marketing faoliyatini rivojlantirishning nazariy va ilmiy asoslari mazmunan yaxlit shaklda yoritildi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi global iqtisodiyotda raqamlashtirish jarayonlari korxonalarning bozor xulqi, iste’molchi bilan aloqalari va raqobat strategiyalarini tubdan o‘zgartirayotgani bilan belgilanadi [1][4]. Tadqiqotning maqsadi korxonalar marketing faoliyatini rivojlantirishning nazariy yondashuvlari, ilmiy tamoyillari va amaliy mexanizmlarini aniqlashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda tizimli tahlil, ilmiy abstraksiya, qiyosiy tahlil, statistik va trend tahlili, SWOT tahlil, induktiv hamda deduktiv yondashuvlar qo‘llanildi [3][12]. Natijalar marketingning 1.0 dan 5.0 gacha evolyutsiyasi, raqamli transformatsiya, CRM, Big Data, sun’iy intellekt va omnichannel yondashuvlar korxona raqobatbardoshligini oshirishda muhim omil ekanini ko‘rsatdi [2][8][11]. O‘zbekiston sharoitida elektron tijorat, mobil internet va ijtimoiy tarmoqlar marketing faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilish uchun keng imkoniyatlar yaratmoqda [6][12]. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi korxonalar marketing faoliyatini rivojlantirishning integratsion modeli taklif etilganida, amaliy ahamiyati esa korxonalarda strategik marketing va ma’lumotlarga asoslangan boshqaruv qarorlarini takomillashtirishga xizmat qilishidadir [1][12].
