Improving the Methodology for Increasing the Economic Efficiency of Using Buildings and Structures Located on Water Fund Lands

Abstract

This article covers the issues of increasing the economic efficiency of using buildings and structures located on water fund lands. It substantiates the need for rational use of land plots assigned to water management facilities, ensuring the reliability of cadastral data, assessing the conformity of the land area with its functional purpose, and improving economic indicators. Within the study, a system of indicators and a step-by-step methodological approach for assessing the efficiency of land plot use are proposed. The article also considers ways of analysing the state of use of land and buildings and structures, identifying areas where inefficient use is likely, and substantiating management decisions.
