Abstract

The aim of the study is to support the development of targeted software. In accordance with the research methodology, methods of analysis, comparative analysis, economic modelling and statistical data analysis were used. Indicators of the council's resources, the introduction of software technologies (blockchain, artificial intelligence) into green lending processes, and monitoring show that big data and risks increase activity. This makes it possible to use the available credit resources for their intended purpose. In conclusion, the digitalisation of financial funding is an important factor in supporting Uzbekistan's environmental projects, and the provision of services is regulated.
