Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is a way of life aimed at preventing diseases and strengthening health. It helps us to achieve our goals and objectives, to carry out our plans successfully, to cope with difficulties and, if necessary, with enormous overloads. Good health, maintained and strengthened by the person themselves, allows them to live a long life full of joy. A person's attitude to preserving and strengthening health undoubtedly depends on the level of socio-economic development of society, the type of mentality, and the formation of motivation to preserve health. Identifying this dependence suggests that the quality of individual health is determined decisively by social conditions and by a personality with adequate and active motivation.
