The problem of anxiety among young schoolchildren has gained significant attention due
to changes in the educational landscape. Increased workload, higher performance standards,
and societal pressures contribute to rising levels of anxiety in elementary school students. This
study aims to explore the causes and consequences of anxiety, as well as propose preventive
measures within the context of schooling.
