Annotatsiya

Mazkur maqolada umumiy o‘rta ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatini
zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari asosida tashkil etishda KPI (Key Performance
Indicators) tizimining ahamiyati yoritilgan. Ta’lim muassasalari faoliyatini natijadorlik
ko‘rsatkichlari asosida monitoring qilish, strategik boshqaruvni takomillashtirish,
direktorlar va pedagoglar faoliyatini baholashning samarali mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan.
Shuningdek, KPI asosida boshqaruvning xorijiy tajribasi, ta’lim sifati monitoringidagi o‘rni
hamda raqamli boshqaruv texnologiyalari bilan integratsiyalashuvi bo‘yicha ilmiy xulosalar
ishlab chiqilgan.
