Annotatsiya

This article examines the theoretical foundations of corporate culture in industrial enterprises, its functional structure, and its role within the management system. Existing approaches in the scientific literature are systematized, and the impact of corporate culture on economic efficiency and management outcomes is analyzed. As a result of the study, the main components of corporate culture are identified, and an extended definition adapted to industrial enterprises is proposed based on the author’s interpretation.
