Annotatsiya

Мазкур тадқиқотда очиқ дала шароитида етиштирилган ва кеч
кузда йиғиб олинган олма меваси таркибида қолдиқ кимёвий моддаларни аниқлаш
мақсадида хроматографик усуллар қўлланилди. Юпқа қатлам хроматография (ТСХ)
ҳамда газ-хроматография–масс спектрометрия (ГХ–МС) усуллари ёрдамида олма
пустлоғи ва мағиз қисмида мавжуд моддалар таркиби ўрганилди. Тадқиқот
натижаларига кўра, олма юзасида асосан табиий келиб чиқишга эга бўлган биологик
фаол моддалар, мағиз қисмида эса бис(2-этилгексил)фталатнинг изомерлари
мавжудлиги аниқланди.
