Mazkur maqolada zamonaviy ta’lim jarayonida emotsional intellekt tushunchasining
pedagogik mohiyati, uning shaxs rivojidagi o‘rni hamda o‘quvchilarda muloqot kompetensiyalarini
shakllantirishdagi nazariy va amaliy ahamiyati chuqur ilmiy tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning asosiy
maqsadi emotsional intellektning ta’lim samaradorligiga ta’sirini ilmiy asoslash hamda uni
rivojlantirish orqali o‘quvchilarning mexanizmlarini aniqlashdan iborat.
