Ushbu maqolada past va o’rta energiyali (1–10 keV) He⁺ ionlarining kremniy (Si) qattiq jism sirtiga kichik (sirpanma, grazing) burchaklar ostida bombardimon qilinishida yuzaga keladigan sochilish jarayoni binar to’qnashuv approksimatsiyasi (BCA) doirasida modellashtirilgan. Ion–atom o’zaro ta’siri Ziegler–Biersack–Littmark (ZBL) universal ekranlangan Kulon potensiali orqali tavsiflangan, klassik sochilish integrali sonli usulda yechilgan. Zarba parametriga bog’liq holda laboratoriya sistemasidagi sochilish burchagi, differensial sochilish ko’ndalang kesimi, to’qnashuvda uzatiladigan energiya va yadroviy to’xtatish kesimi Sₙ(E) hisoblangan. Shuningdek, 5° sirpanma tushish burchagida Monte-Karlo usulida 20000 ta ion trayektoriyasi simulyatsiya qilinib, chiquvchi burchak va energiya yo’qotish taqsimotlari olingan. Olingan natijalar ma’lum LSS/ZBL nazariyasi bilan sifat jihatidan mos kelishi ko’rsatilgan: kichik zarba parametrlarida keskin (Rezerford tipidagi) sochilish, katta zarba parametrlarida esa kichik burchakli forward-sochilish ustunlik qiladi.
