Janus kinaza (JAK) ingibitorlari autoimmun va surunkali yallig‘lanish
kasalliklarini davolashda qo‘llanilayotgan zamonaviy dori vositalari guruhlaridan biri
hisoblanadi. Ushbu preparatlar hujayra ichidagi JAK–STAT signal uzatish yo‘lini selektiv
ravishda bloklash orqali sitokinlar ta’sirini kamaytiradi hamda yallig‘lanish jarayonini
nazorat qiladi. Mazkur maqolada JAK ingibitorlarining ta’sir mexanizmi, farmakodinamik
va farmakokinetik xususiyatlari, klinik qo‘llanilishi, nojo‘ya ta’sirlari hamda zamonaviy
farmakoterapiyadagi o‘rni ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, turli avlod
JAK ingibitorlarining o‘ziga xos jihatlari, ularning samaradorligi va xavfsizlik profili
yoritilib, kelgusidagi ilmiy izlanishlarning istiqbolli yo‘nalishlari muhokama qilindi. Tahlil
natijalari JAK ingibitorlari ko‘plab autoimmun kasalliklarda samarali terapevtik vosita
ekanligini, biroq ularni qo‘llashda bemorning individual xususiyatlari va ehtimoliy nojo‘ya
ta’sirlarni hisobga olish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
