Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada aviatsiya texnikasi, xususan uchuvchisiz uchish apparatlari va gaz turbinali aviatsiya dvigatellarining ishonchliligini oshirishda materialshunoslik, avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash, kompozit konstruksiyalarni ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari hamda prediktiv texnik xizmat ko‘rsatish yondashuvlarini yagona muhandislik tizimiga birlashtirish masalasi tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot ilmiy manbalarni tizimli tahlil qilish, texnologik omillarni taqqoslash va konseptual integratsiya usullariga asoslangan. Maqolada V95P alyuminiy qotishmasidan tayyorlangan mahkamlash elementlarining issiqlik ishlovi, uchuvchisiz uchish apparati tashqi ko‘rinishini avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash, epoksid bog‘lovchili polimer kompozit qismlarni qotirish jarayonida issiqlik uzatish mexanizmlari, vakuum infuziya, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) – oqimlarni sonli modellashtirish va Predictive Maintenance (PdM) – prediktiv texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi ochib beriladi. Natijada aviatsiya texnikasining konstruktiv, texnologik va ekspluatatsion ishonchliligini oshirishga qaratilgan integratsiyalashgan model taklif etiladi.
