Effective feedback helps learners understand their strengths and weaknesses, improve their language skills, and maintain motivation throughout the learning process. This study examines students’ perceptions of teacher feedback and its influence on their learning motivation. The paper discusses different types of feedback, including oral, written, positive, and corrective feedback, and analyses their role in promoting learner engagement and academic achievement. The findings suggest that constructive and supportive feedback positively affects students’ confidence, participation, and willingness to learn English. Therefore, teachers should pay special attention to the quality and delivery of feedback in order to create a motivating learning environment.
